Ken Kalayjian is actively performing and collaborating! Ken has the passion to pass on the musical gift he was given to all who wish to learn the guitar.

The Musical Journey: Ken played violin in the Greater Boston Youth Symphony. Attended Berklee College of Music for arrangement & composition playing guitar and piano.
Toured all over New England before co-founding the original rock group
Balloon with Charlie Farren which got signed by Atlantic Records.
Ken enjoyed hit songs, which played on WBCN for over forty weeks.
In 1980 WCOZ did a live broadcast from the Channel, which there is a bootleg CD of.
After opening for national artists such as Aerosmith, the Tubes, Johnny and Edgar Winter, Mountain, and Hughie Lewis and the news, the band reformed as the popular group the Enemy which played live on WCVB TV (Rally in the Ally) which there are clips on youtube.
While doing freelance work, Ken became singer songwriter Andy Pratt’s guitarist for a year.

Ken has worked with the Jeff Shaw Band and also has worked with the Rusted Bucket Band playing guitar & mandolin. Ken recorded tracks for the Rusted Bucket Band CD.

Ken has also played Christian Contemporary acoustic guitar on the South Shore for many years with Adam Trudel. Sometimes playing as a duo on the Odyssey cruises out on Boston Harbor.

With many years of musical experience, Ken is now offering his services teaching guitar lessons in all genres.
